ROME A Dutch-registered vessel rescued 22 crew from a Turkish freighter stranded off the Italian coast on Tuesday after a fire broke out in the ship's engine room, Italian naval authorities said. The ship, the Hasat, was not believed to be in danger of sinking and would be towed to the port of Reggio Calabria, on the toe of Italy, rescue authorities said.
